Make a difference in someone’s life...
Often all it takes is one person to make a difference. For me, that one person was my chiropractor. Not only did he make me feel welcome in my new position, but he gave me opportunity to work, heal and information to be able to help others. If each of us had someone like him that they could look to for advice and help, they might not feel so discouraged and overwhelmed.
We all need to make an effort to help others through formal or informal mentoring. Even if you only have time to eat lunch together, take a walk or just some fun conversation. This can help provide the encouragement that one might need. So, pass on your knowledge - I know you have a lot of it - and help someone prepare for a day to look forward to. Also, don't forget to keep your eyes open for someone who is looking to inspire you as well.
Please share with us who was it that made a difference for you.
