Deep breathing can help you relax
With the holidays still approaching us we have to still make time for relaxation. Deep breathing is a good way to relax.
Here are some helpful tips to help you with that:

- Sit in a chair or lie down.
- Rest your hands on your abdomen.
- Slowly count to six and inhale through your nose.
- Feel your abdomen rise. Hold it for a second.
- Slowly count to six as you exhale through your mouth.
- Your abdomen will slowly fall.
- Repeat 5 to 10 times.
